Airworthiness certificates

Applications for airworthiness certificates must be sent to the competent authority of the State of Registry. Airworthiness certificates are issued by the State of Registry, as follows:

  • Until 28 September 2004, in accordance with national regulations.
  • After 28 September 2004, in accordance with Part 21, Section A, Supbart H
