Conference Registration


Conference capacity reached
(01/06/2005) It is with regret that we have to announce that the published conference capacity has been reached. In this regard, a 'Waiting List' has been established, and all additional registration requests will be placed on this list in view of eventual cancellations. Any changes to this status will be communicated directly to the interested party.

Conference registration instructions
This year's attendance fee will be EUR 325. Your registration for the conference can be done by email or fax, using the conference registration form. Payment of the attendance fee must be received prior to the conference, and your confirmation of registration will only be communicated upon full payment of the attendance fee.

It should be noted that although the conference registration is being facilitated with the collaboration of the JAA, any questions concerning registration for the conference should be addressed to the EASA conference contacts.

We can accept the following methods of payment:

  1. By credit card:
    Please fill in the relevant information on the conference registration form, and email or fax it direct to our office along with a copy of the credit card. We only accept VISA, Eurocard/Mastercard and American Express for the Conference.

  2. By bank transfer:
    Please find herewith the bank details to facilitate this method of payment:

No discounts will be given.

Due to limited space availability, please note that conference registration will take place on a first-come-first-served basis.

Upon succesful registration, you will receive a confirmation of registration.

Cancellations and Refund Policy

Substitutions may be made at any time. Please inform us as soon as possible. Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellation of an accepted registration may be made up to and including 15 May 2005 and will incur a 25% non-refundable administrative fee per cancelled registration. Delegates who request a cancellation after 15 May and delegates who do not attend, are responsible for the full attendance fee. Refunds of fees will be made after 9 June. The attendance fee will not be prorated if delegates do not attend the entire conference.

Visas
Conference attendees should verify whether there are any visa requirements for entry to Germany, and where applicable should begin the process as soon as possible to ensure a timely participation to the Conference.
