Description

The European Operators FDM forum (EOFDM) is a voluntary partnership between European aeroplane operators and the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) in order:

  • to facilitate the implementation of Flight Data Monitoring (FDM) programmes by operators,
  • to help operators in drawing the maximum safety benefits from an FDM programme

The EOFDM works under the aegis of the European Commercial Aviation Safety Team (ECAST).

This first conference organised by the EOFDM is sponsored by EASA. It contains a general part dedicated to the presentation of the EOFDM, followed by a series of technical presentations related to flight data monitoring (FDM) programmes. Registration
Please register using the registration form , to be mailed to the functional EASA mailbox: before Friday 16 December 2011.

Note:
Participation is open to all aviation professionals, but preference will be given to EOFDM members and ECAST members registering until Friday 28 October 2011. After Friday 28 October, all registration requests will be processed according to their time of receipt. Registration requests will be accepted until Friday 16 December.

Accommodation

You are kindly invited to make individual accommodation bookings directly with the Radisson BLU Hotel.
The hotel offers a special rate for participants to this meeting: a block of 50 comfort rooms has been blocked for the night from 11 to 12 January at a rate of 98 euros. The room reservation can be made with this preferential rate at the phone number +49 221 27720 3500 or by fax + 49 221 27720 20 or by email sent to: info.cologne@radissonblu.com. In order to benefit this preferential rate, the keyword “EASA” must be mentioned during the reservation and the reservation must be made before 10 December 2011.
