Data protection Policy on the use of the EASA Notification Service
The EASA collects your personal data for the sole purpose of sending this notification. Your data will be deleted from our file when you unsubscribe. All personal data collected shall be processed pursuant to Regulation (EC) No 45/2001 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data by the Community institutions and bodies and on the free movements of such data. It shall be processed by the Agency solely for the purposes of sending this notification, without prejudice to possible transmission to internal audit services, to the European Court of Auditors, to the European AntiFraud Office (OLAF) for the purposes of safeguarding the financial interests of the Community. You have the right of access to your personal data and the right to rectify any such data that is inaccurate or incomplete. Should you, as data subject, have any queries concerning the processing of your personal data, you shall address them to the Agency. The data subject shall have right of recourse at any time to the European Data Protection Supervisor.
