New Basic Regulation (EC) No 216/2008

Regulation (EC) No 216/2008 of 20/02/2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council on common rules in the field of civil aviation and establishing a European Aviation Safety Agency, and repealing Council Directive 91/670/EEC, Regulation (EC) No 1592/2002 (see Basic Regulation Archive) and Directive 2004/36/EC (OJ L 79, 19/03/2008, p. 1)

This new Basic Regulation entered into force on 08/04/2008 and as stated in Article 69(1), Regulation (EC) No 1592/2002 (see Basic Regulation Archive) repealed as of 08/04/2008, without prejudice to the provisions of the second subparagraph. References made to the repealed Regulation shall be construed as being made to this Regulation and should be read in accordance with the Correlation Table in Annex VI.
