Here you will find the full text of the terms of reference and group compositions approved according the rulemaking procedure.

Note: "MDM" stands for Multi Disciplinary Measure. This acronym is used to identify rulemaking tasks that affect various rules (e.g. Part-21 and Part-M).

According to article 4, paragraph 2 of EASA Rulemaking Procedure (defined by EASA Management Board decision MB/8/07 of 13/06/07) terms of references for each rulemaking task of the Agency are drawn up by the Executive Director, after consultation of the Safety Standards Consultative Committee ( SSCC) and the Advisory Group of National Authorities ( AGNA). 17/06/2008
